People often carry anxiety, trauma, burnout, and people-pleasing behaviors and patterns for years, leaving them emotionally exhausted from constantly pretending they’re okay while waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Over time, constantly surviving instead of truly living can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed, resentful and stuck in patterns and relationships that no longer serve you.
1:1 psychotherapy offers a compassionate, trauma-informed space to process what you’re carrying, build healthier coping strategies, improve symptoms and coping, strengthen self-trust, and create a life that feels more grounded, sustainable, and authentic.
All therapy services are virtual. Priority scheduling is available for therapy clients.

Fees
60 minute session - $200 USD
120 minute session - $275 USD
Sessions are offered virtually, and I offer a limited number of evening and weekend appointments. I do not accept insurance at this time but can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.
