Why Coaching?
I use professional coaching to support individuals who have experienced betrayal trauma, workplace harm, and racialized violence—especially in situations where speaking up, setting boundaries, or challenging injustice has come at a personal cost.
I help clients develop personalized strategies for vicarious resilience. In other words, I help us sensitive folks that give a damn learn to suffer well.
My coaching approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and radical validation. I am committed to offering honest, meaningful support that honors both your lived experience and the broader systems impacting your well-being. Unlike many wellness spaces that rely on toxic positivity or surface-level self-care, my work makes room for the full complexity of your experience. You don't have to minimize your pain or stifle your anger, sadness or frustration in order to be supported here.
Coaching can offer clarity, accountability, and grounded support during periods of stress, transition, or personal growth. Together, we may explore burnout patterns, self-trust, boundaries, emotional resilience, and ways to create a life that feels more sustainable and aligned. Coaching is collaborative, supportive, and future-focused, making it a valuable option for those seeking guidance outside of a clinical therapy setting.
